Mahendran Jawaharlal, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, leads Campus Management’s services, support, Information Technology, and account management organizations. Mr. Jawaharlal has more than twenty years of experience delivering technology solutions to Higher Education. Since joining Campus Management in 2003, Mr. Jawaharlal has worked with various aspects of the business including helping shape its strategy.

Currently, he is focused on all customer facing activities scaling and expanding its professional services and support operations, account management, its managed hosting and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, and the introduction of methodologies to measure and enhance satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. He also oversees the company's information technology organization to ensure readiness for Campus Management projected growth.

Previously, Mr. Jawaharlal was a principal with the Cincinnati-based PlanIT Group, a consulting firm that provides technology planning advisories to institutions of Higher Education. He also served as president and CEO of CARS Information Systems. Mr. Jawaharlal holds a BA in Computer Science from Monmouth College and an MBA from Florida International University.
