As a Pre-Sales - Solution Architect, your role will be to engage customers from diverse industry verticals (along with the Sales teams), understand / anticipate their critical business issues or pain areas, create a business solution / value proposition, and make sales presentations to the client organization on solutions built around Talisma CRM product offerings. 

Qualifications and experience include:

  • Must be a BE/ B Tech / MCA / MBA degree from a university / college of repute with 6-8 years of overall IT experience, out of which at least 2 years should be in a Pre-Sales role for a Products or Enterprise IT Solutions Firm.
  • Understanding of business processes in diverse industry segment is a must.  The candidate should have the ability and prior experience in articulating business benefits of software solutions to key decision makers in the client organization
  • Experience in creating business proposals, filling up of complex RFPs, creation of solution papers, etc. 

This is an on-call position and requires that the individual provides a means of contact 24/7/365 while assigned to the on-call rotation.  (In this case, a cell phone will be provided by Talisma.)
